Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by 72-Hours.Design ("we," "our," or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

72-Hours.Design provides professional website design and development services with guaranteed delivery within 72 hours of receiving all required content and initial payment.

The standard package includes:

  • One professional single-page website with up to 5 sections
  • Responsive design optimized for all devices
  • Basic SEO optimization
  • Contact form integration
  • One round of minor revisions
  • Domain connection assistance
  • Full file transfer to your hosting platform

3. Client Responsibilities

Content Provision

The client must provide all required content before the 72-hour countdown begins:

  • All text content (finalized and proofread)
  • High-resolution images and graphics
  • Logo files in appropriate formats
  • Brand colors and fonts (if applicable)
  • Any specific design preferences or examples

Content Ownership

The client warrants that they own or have the right to use all content provided, including text, images, logos, and other materials. The client is responsible for ensuring all content is legally compliant and does not infringe on any third-party rights.

Hosting and Domain

The client is responsible for providing their own web hosting and domain name. We will assist with connecting the website to your domain and transferring files to your hosting platform.

4. Pricing and Payment

The standard website package is priced at a fixed rate of €500. This price includes all services outlined in Section 2.

Payment terms:

  • 50% deposit required to begin work (€250)
  • Remaining 50% due upon project completion and before final file transfer (€250)
  • Payment must be made via the agreed-upon method

Additional services, pages, or features beyond the standard package will be quoted separately.

5. Timeline and Delivery

The 72-hour delivery guarantee begins once:

  • All required content has been received
  • The initial 50% payment has been processed
  • Project scope has been confirmed in writing

The 72-hour countdown excludes weekends and public holidays unless otherwise agreed.

Delays caused by late content provision, unclear instructions, or non-payment will extend the delivery timeline accordingly.

6. Revisions

The standard package includes one round of minor revisions after initial delivery. Minor revisions include:

  • Text corrections or updates
  • Color adjustments
  • Image replacements
  • Minor layout tweaks

Major revisions (complete redesigns, additional sections, new features) are considered out of scope and will be quoted separately.

Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of initial delivery.

7. Intellectual Property

Client Content

The client retains all rights to the content they provide (text, images, logos, etc.).

Website Design

Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership of the custom design elements created specifically for their website. However, we reserve the right to use the project in our portfolio and marketing materials.

Third-Party Resources

The website may include third-party libraries, fonts, or frameworks that are subject to their own licenses. We do not transfer ownership of these third-party resources.

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

We warrant that:

  • Services will be performed professionally and competently
  • The website will be functional at the time of delivery
  • We have the right to provide the services offered

We do NOT warrant:

  • That the website will be error-free after modifications by the client
  • Specific search engine rankings or traffic results
  • Compatibility with all future browsers or devices
  • That third-party services (hosting, domains) will remain available

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 72-Hours.Design shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
  • Data loss or corruption
  • Issues arising from third-party services (hosting, domains, etc.)

Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question (€500).

10. Cancellation and Refunds

Client Cancellation: If the client cancels the project after work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable.

Refund Policy: If we fail to deliver the website within the agreed timeline due to our fault, the client may request a full refund. Delays caused by the client (late content, unclear requirements) do not qualify for refunds.

11. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the project. This obligation continues after the project completion.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement if the other party breaches these terms and fails to remedy the breach within 7 days of written notice.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify clients of any material changes via email or website notification. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
